Customer list stance
Uploaded customer lists are contractor workspace data. Renewal Desk does not sell, rent, broker, or use uploaded customer lists for Renewal Desk marketing.
Data we process
Renewal Desk may process account details, workspace settings, imported records, notes, follow-up status, outcomes, support requests, diagnostics, and billing status so the product can operate.
Security
Hosted on SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure. TLS encrypted sessions protect your workspace.
Support requests
Support questions may be reviewed by Renewal Desk support workflows. Do not paste raw customer lists into support chat. Use the app import flow for customer records.
