Use of Renewal Desk
Renewal Desk is provided to help contractor teams manage membership renewals, inside-sales follow-up, referrals, notes, and outcomes. Users are responsible for importing only data they are allowed to use for their business follow-up.
Accounts and workspaces
Each user should have their own login. Shared company workspaces allow multiple authorized team members to work the same customer book while preserving audit context.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid workspace access may require an active subscription. Discount codes, free trials, and early-user pricing may be offered at Renewal Desk's discretion.
